AUBURN, Ala. – Senior Cassie Weil finished with a season-best score of 351.85 to earn the win on three-meter during the second day of competition at the Auburn Diving Invitational.
The men also had a strong performance on one-meter at the James E. Martin Aquatic Center. Freshman Matt McClellan finished second with a score of 335.95. Junior Andrew Suchla also finished in third place (334.50).
Freshman Rileigh Knox tallied the second-highest score for an LSU diver on three-meter with a score of 281.65 for fifth place. Allie Alter finished seventh with a score of 251.40.
LSU returns for the final day of competition Friday at 11 a.m. Both the men and women will compete on platform.
