Tennis, Gymnastics Featured on Tiger Tracks

BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Tiger Tracks, a program highlighting various aspects of the university and its athletic department, can be seen at 7:30 p.m. CT Wednesday on Cox Sports Television. The show will be replayed at 5 p.m. CT Thursday and at 6 p.m. CT Friday.

The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a weekly 30-minute production featuring interviews with LSU administrators, coaches and student-athletes, along with a look at some of the events and scholarly activity on campus.

LSU Tiger Tracks begins with a report from correspondent Garrett Walvoord on the highly-ranked gymnastics squad, which recently moved into its new state-of-the-art practice facility and begins the 2016 season on January 9 versus Oklahoma in the Maravich Center.

The show continues with an interview with women’s tennis coach Julia Sell, who last month signed three of the top 12 players in the United States in an unprecedented LSU recruiting effort.

LSU Tiger Tracks concludes with a look at the remarkable 2015 accomplishments of first-team all-America running back Leonard Fournette, who set the LSU single-season rushing record with 1,741 yards.
