TULSA, Okla. – Junior Jordan Daigle is set to play in the opening round of the ITA All-American Main Draw Thursday in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Daigle, who is ranked 48th in the ITA Pre-Season polls, will be facing No. 21 Or Ram-Harel of Tulsa.
“I’m very excited for the tournament being in the main draw,” Daigle said. “For doubles, being the three seed, there will be a lot of good opportunities for us to have a good tournament.”
Daigle and partner Boris Arias will also be participating in the Main Draw in doubles.
Wednesday, LSU’s Justin Butsch faced Virginia Tech’s No. 109 Edoardo Tessaro but after a shoulder injury retired from the match with a 6-1, 3-0 score. Butsch also withdrew from doubles play with partner Tam Trinh.
