BAOTN ROUGE – LSU basketball fans can again help a worthy cause and receive a discounted ticket for Monday night’s basketball game with Southern Miss at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
Patrons that bring a non-perishable food item or canned good to the ticket windows at the Maravich Center Monday night can purchase a ticket for the game for just $2.
The canned goods to benefit the Baton Rouge Food Bank can be brought to the upper concourse ticket windows starting 90 minutes prior to the 6 p.m. tipoff at 4:30 p.m.
LSU basketball fans showed their generosity last Monday as well when over 500 new unwrapped toys were brought to the Maravich Center to support Toys For Tots.
