BATON ROUGE – Another record-setting crowd will be on hand Saturday when 14th-ranked LSU hosts fourth-ranked Alabama and school officials are asking fans to arrive early and take part of some of the many activities being held on campus.

Kickoff for the LSU-Alabama game is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. CT and the game will be televised on CBS.

The game is sold out as a record crowd of over 102,000 fans are expected for the contest between Southeastern Conference Western Division rivals. In addition to the 100,000-plus fans inside Tiger Stadium, LSU is expecting thousands more to be on campus for tailgating and other events.

Activities will start early on Saturday as SEC Nation, the SEC Network’s pre-game college football show, will be live from Lot 106 off Nicholson Drive next to the Maddox Field House from 9 to 11 a.m. CT. The show features former LSU All-American Marcus Spears, Baton Rouge native Kaylee Hartung along with Joe Tessitore, Paul Finebaum and Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow. Fans are encouraged to show up and be part of the show.

Parking spaces along Tower Drive between the Memorial Tower and the Parade Ground will be reserved for the ceremony until noon.
