Tiger Tracks to Feature Football, Volleyball

BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Tiger Tracks, a program highlighting various aspects of the university and its athletic department, can be seen at 7 p.m. CT Wednesday and at 3 p.m. Thursday CT on Cox Sports Television.

The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a weekly 30-minute production featuring interviews with LSU administrators, coaches and student-athletes, along with a look at some of the events and scholarly activity on campus.

LSU Tiger Tracks begins with a preview by correspondent Garrett Walvoord of the eighth-ranked Tigers’ SEC football opener versus Mississippi State Saturday night in Death Valley.

The show continues with a visit to the studio from volleyball coach Fran Flory, who discusses the 2014 season outlook for her squad. The Tigers will play their home opener at 8 p.m. CT on Wednesday, September 24, against Kentucky in the Maravich Center.

LSU Tiger Tracks concludes with an update from Walvoord about the LSU volleyball team and how it plans to build on the momentum created by last season’s NCAA Tournament berth.
