BATON ROUGE — Twenty-two of LSU’s regular-season baseball games will be televised in 2012 by national and regional networks, while 30 of LSU’s 38 home baseball games will be available via an “HD” online stream in the Geaux Zone at www.LSUsports.net/HDbaseball.
LSU’s televised games are part of the 15-year Southeastern Conference contract with ESPN that also includes ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN3.com, Fox Sports Net (FSN), SportSouth (SS), Cox Sports Television (CST) and Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS).
Including postseason games in the SEC Tournament and NCAA Regional, LSU has appeared on TV 146 times during Paul Mainieri‘s five-year tenure as head coach.

For the first time, members of the Geaux Zone can also watch live streaming video on iPads with the new LSUsports Mobile for iPad app. Live streaming audio will again be available to members with the LSUsports Mobile+ apps in the iTunes store (iPhone and iPod) and the Android Marketplace.
Geaux Zone live video includes the LSU Sports Radio Network audio broadcast featuring Jim Hawthorne and analyst Charles Hanagriff, as well a multi-camera video production from Alex Box Stadium. SEC games will include a four-camera production, while non-SEC weekends utilize three cameras and mid-week games have two cameras.
