BATON ROUGE — Two new exciting mini plans for the remainder of the 2011-12 LSU women’s basketball season are now on sale at www.LSUtix.net and the LSU Athletic Ticket Office.
Tickets can also be purchased by calling 1-800-960-TKTS or 225-578-2184 or in person at the LSU Athletic Ticket Office on the first floor of the LSU Athletic Administration Building.
The All-SEC mini plan costs $24 allowing fans to choose any four Southeastern Conference games during the season. The Lady Tigers’ SEC home opener is Jan. 8 against Alabama. The SEC home slate is highlighted by the annual “Gold Game” against Kentucky on Feb. 5 and the Pink Zone Game against Auburn on Feb. 19. The All-SEC plan includes a reserved ticket in the middle section of the Maravich Center.
The 3-point Play mini plan allows a fan to pick any three games for a combined price of $15 general admission.
LSU returns to action on Sunday when the Lady Tigers host Alabama State at 2 p.m. in the Maravich Center. Sunday’s contest is the first of three home games in eight days for LSU, who also plays host to UCLA on Tuesday, Dec. 13.
The first 1,000 fans in attendance against Alabama State on Sunday will receive a free Lady Tiger basketball bottle opener key chain. The first 1,000 fans in attendance against UCLA on Dec. 13 will receive a free Lady Tiger basketball replica jersey.
The Bruins, LSU head coach Nikki Caldwell‘s former team, are making their first trip to Baton Rouge since 1984. The Lady Tigers are off to a 3-3 start on the season and feature All-SEC forward LaSondra Barrett and talented true freshman Krystal Forthan.
