BATON ROUGE – The Cox Communications Academic Center for Student Athletes recently added Sarah Moran in the Assistant to the Executive Director role.
“I am so pleased to have the opportunity to work at the Cox Communications Academic Center for Student Athletes,” Moran said. “I look forward to being a part of a team so dedicated to the success of our student-athletes, on the field and in the classroom. As an alumna of this distinguished University, I am very excited to be back on LSU’s beautiful campus.”
Before returning to her alma mater, Moran served as the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge’s Administrative Assistant since April 2008. She provided administrative support and secretarial services to the club’s executive director. Her role also had her maintain the club’s online database, serve as the network administrator and prepare the club’s bi-monthly newsletter.
“We are very fortunate to have Sarah join our team,” ACSA Executive Director Kenneth Miles said. “She is a dynamic colleague with such a zest for service. Coupled with her professional experience, enthusiasm, and passion for education, she is a natural fit for the Cox Communications Academic Center for Student-Athletes. Her talents and expertise compliments and enhances our vision of being the premiere support service provider for student-athletes in the country. She is a welcomed addition.”
Moran earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from LSU in August 2006.
