The Tigers open up the 2011 regular season on Friday as they travel to Memphis, Tenn., to battle the four-time defending Conference USA Tournament champion Memphis Tigers at 7 p.m.
The LSU Soccer program is a national leader in social media following among women’s soccer programs in the NCAA as the team’s 2,782 Facebook fans rank No. 2 in the country and its 1,161 Twitter followers are also among the national leaders as the start of the 2011 season is now just two days away.
