CHICAGO – LSU signee Johnny O’Bryant from East Side High in Cleveland, Miss., helped the East All-Stars to a 111-96 win Wednesday night in the 34th annual McDonald’s High School All-American Boys Game.
The contest drew a McDonald’s record crowd of 19,909 to the United Center.
O’Bryant, who got the start in the game at center, scored nine points with seven rebounds. He also had two assists and three steals in 18 minutes of play with no turnovers.
The 6-10 all-stater and prep All-American made 3-of-8 field goal attempts and 3-of-4 free throws for his nine points.
