Rachele Fico, P, So., Oxford, Conn.

The sophomore right-hander was handed a pair of tough-luck losses at Houston where she didn’t allow an earned run. In fact, Fico carried a no-hitter into the eighth inning of her Sunday start before a bloop single scored the game’s only runner that was placed on second base due to the international tiebreaker rule.
