BATON ROUGE – Individual game tickets and triple play packages for the 2011 LSU softball season inside the state-of-the-art Tiger Park went on-sale Tuesday as announced by LSU Athletics Ticket Office.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.LSUtix.net, the official ticket website of LSU Athletics. Ticket also can be bought in person at the ticket office on the first floor of the Athletics Administration Building or by calling (225) 578-2184 or (800) 960-8587. LSU students, faculty and staff are admitted free to all regular season Tiger softball games with a valid LSU ID.
Single-game tickets can be purchased for $5 for adults and $3 for youth ages 3-12. There also is a pair of SEC triple play mini-plans available each priced at $12. Both plans feature marquee tilts with preseason Top 10 programs Alabama and Tennessee. More information is available at LSUtix.net.
LSU, ranked No. 19 in the initial NFCA Top 25, is 10 days away from first pitch and playing host to the Wilson/DeMarini Tiger Classic. Bowling Green, Louisiana Tech and Purdue head to the Capital City as the Tigers open the season at home for the first time since 2008.
