BATON ROUGE – LSU’s softball media guide has been voted No. 3 in the nation, the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced in the organization’s yearly publication contest.
The 104-page media guide has been rated among the top seven collegiate softball publications in the nation during six of the last nine seasons highlighted by a quartet of Top 3 finishes. It was written and edited by Associate Sports Information Director Matt Dunaway with editorial assistance from LSU’s student assistants.

Covers were designed by Graphic Design Coordinator Courtney Wilburn, while photography was provided under the direction of Steve Franz and Chris Parent. The guide serves as a complete source of LSU softball information, including player and coach bios, statistics, notes, records and a summary of the program’s storied history.
