BATON ROUGE — Members of the LSU women’s tennis team will travel to Cambridge, Mass., to compete in the Harvard Invitational hosted by Harvard at the Beren Tennis Center Nov. 6-8.
“We’re really excited to be going to the Harvard Invitational. Harvard has a great program, and I think the tournament will be a really positive thing for our girls,” said head coach Tony Minnis.
Nicole Kantor, Sloane Mathis, Kylie Adamek, Whitney Wolf, Kaitlin Burns and Ebie Wilson will all take a shot at claiming the tournament title.
Lady Tigers Kantor and Wolf are fresh off of a quarterfinals appearance at the ITA Southern Regional Championships. Kantor picked up her first ranked win of the season at the regional championships as she defeated UL-Monroe’s 102nd-ranked Claire Clark.
