BATON ROUGE — Applications for the 2010 LSU Bat Girls squad are being accepted now through Friday, November 13 at 3 p.m., when they must be submitted to the LSU Baseball office.
Applications may be downloaded at here (.pdf) or picked up in person at the LSU Baseball office, located in Alex Box Stadium on Gourrier Lane.
Following a screening of applications, candidates will be asked to participate in an interview on Thursday, November 19. Final selections will be posted online at www.LSUsports.net on Monday, November 23.
The Bat Girls are a part of the LSU Athletics Marketing and Promotions Department and assist the LSU Baseball program. In addition to working as bat handlers for all LSU home baseball games, members serve as ambassadors for fans at Alex Box Stadium, sell programs and assist the baseball office throughout the season.
