FRANKLIN, Tenn. — The second round of LSU’s appearance in the Mason Rudolph Women’s Golf Championships at the Vanderbilt Legends Course here Saturday was rained out after tournament officials declared the course unplayable after overnight and heavy morning rains.
LSU posted a two-under round of 286 in the opening round in very soggy conditions on Friday. Auburn and Southern California are the leaders at 10-under. LSU’s Tessa Teachman and Megan McChrystal both shot two-under 70 in the opening round.
Weather permitting, the third round will begin with tee times at 7:30 a.m. CDT.
