BATON ROUGE — The LSU Athletic Department and Tiger Athletic Foundation invite all former football players, coaches, managers and athletic trainers from the Charles McClendon Era to attend the Charlie Mac Reunion to be held Friday, Sept. 11, on the weekend of the Vanderbilt game.
The event will be held at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center beginning at 6 p.m. prior to LSU’s home and conference opener against Vanderbilt on Sept. 12. A welcome reception will be held from 6-7:30 p.m.
Those in attendance are also invited to watch the Tigers play the Commodores in Tiger Stadium. TAF will host a tailgate party outside the PMAC beginning three hours prior to kickoff, and former players can check in at the Southwest Portal behind Mike’s Habitat.
