This week on GameDay Xtra, LSUsports.net’s Amanda Joseph, a former Golden Girl and 2007 Miss Louisiana, takes a look inside the Taylor family with brothers Curtis, Brandon and Jhyryn. The Taylor’s are believed to be one of only two families in college football this year that has three brothers on scholarship for the same football team.
The oldest of the three brothers on the team, Curtis, is the starting safety for the 15th-ranked Tigers. In seven games this year, Curtis is second on the team with 32 tackles to go with one sack, a pair of interceptions and a quarterback hurry.
Brandon, a defensive back, and Jhyryn, a wide receiver, are both in their first year with the Tigers. Brandon has seen action in all seven games this season, while Jhyryn is redshirting.
