This past Friday, the Tiger Athletic Foundation held its 10th-Annual TAF President’s Cup Championship at the University Club Golf Course. The tournament is held each year to raise money in support of the nationally-ranked LSU men’s and women’s golf programs.
This year 25 teams braved the early morning cold temperatures and teed it up to support our student-athletes.
With the support of its sponsors along with the participation of the players on the twenty-five teams, TAF was able to raise approximately $55,000 for the golf programs.
This money will be divided between the men’s and women’s programs and will go a long way to ensure that our teams continue to compete at a championship level.
