AVONDALE, La. — The LSU men and women’s golf teams again were part of pro-am day at the annual Zurich Classic of New Orleans, the PGA Tour stop taking place this weekend at the TPC of Louisiana.
As they have been in the past, members of both teams took part caddying for some of the pro-am groups of the host Zurich group and this year, among the professionals LSU players caddied for was veteran star Jim Furyk.
Last year, LSU players caddied for comedian Bill Murray and in others years for PGA stars such as Vijay Singh.
