BATON ROUGE — Following its weekly Saturday morning run, the LSU gymnastics team spent its afternoon at the local ropes course working on team building activities.
The course, set up through LSU’s Recreation Center, is designed to promote team bonding and camaraderie.
The team spent nearly three hours working together on specific challenges and problem solving exercises where they were forced to work together as a group to get through certain elements of the course.
The most enjoyed exercises were those termed high-ups ? challenges that included walking and balancing on tight ropes, trapeze work and wall climbing.
