Rules of the Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes Dates: The LSU Junior Captain of the Game Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 p.m. Central Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on 11/19/07 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, there will be two (2) participating LSU Home Games and the Promotion Period will be divided into two (2) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) (see chart below).

Who is Eligible: To enter, you must be a legal resident of Louisiana and be a parent or legal guardian signing up with a child age 5-14 at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of General Motors Corporation, Chevrolet Motor Division (“Sponsor”), participating Chevrolet dealers, LSU Sports Properties (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies and all other companies associated the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable income, federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside of Louisiana and where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: Visit www.lsusports.net starting 12:00 p.m. CT on October 15, 2007 through 11:59 p.m. CT on November 19, 2007, complete the online entry form with all required information and submit as instructed. All online entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT November 19, 2007 to be eligible.
Limit one (1) entry per person/household for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sweepstakes Administrator and will not be returned.
Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawings: One (1) potential winner for each Entry Period (for a total of six (6) winners for the entire Promotion Period) will be randomly selected on or about each of the dates specified above from among all eligible entries received for the drawing at issue. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing at issue. Non-winning eligible entries for one drawing will “roll-over” into subsequent drawings. Potential winners will be notified by phone. If any potential winner cannot be contacted at the phone number provided by noon following the day after the applicable drawing, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or does not wish to accept the Grand Prize or is not otherwise in compliance with these rules, he/she will be disqualified and, at Sweepstakes Administrator’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected for the drawing at issue. Potential winners may also be required to execute and return within a specified time period to be designated by Sweepstakes Administrator a prize acceptance form, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, or prize will be forfeited and, at Sweepstakes Administrator’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner will be selected for the drawing at issue.
Grand Prizes (6): The winner and his/her child will receive 2 tickets for the upcoming LSU Tiger home football game (exact date to be determined by Sweepstakes Administrator) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $90.00. Transportation to and from the game is the responsibility of the winner. Both the winner and his/her child will be escorted on to the field during the pre-game coin toss ceremony.
General Prize Conditions: Total ARV of all prizes: $540.00. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations will be determined by Sweepstakes Administrator. Sweepstakes Administrator reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or child who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sweepstakes Administrator sole discretion. Sweepstakes Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes, as well as all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the game. All prize details are at Sweepstakes Administrator’s sole discretion.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event a winner is found to be in violation of any of these rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse the Sweepstakes Administrator for the stated value of the prize if such violation is found after the prize has been used by winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use each winner’s and his/her child’s name, name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity, without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrant further agrees to assume all liability for, and to release and hold Promotion Parties harmless from and against, any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the Grand Prize), participation in the Sweepstakes or in any prize-related activities, including any travel/activity associated therewith. Sweepstakes Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process (and void his/her entry) or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
