BATON ROUGE — The latest installment of LSU Sports Journal, a program highlighting various aspects of the LSU Athletics Department, can be seen at 7:30 p.m. Monday and 9 p.m. Thursday on Cox Communications Channel 4 in Baton Rouge.
The current show features profiles on the members of the 2007 LSU Athletic Hall of Fame inductee class ? football All-Americans Joseph “Nacho” Albergamo and Kevin Mawae, women’s basketball star Marie Ferdinand, baseball slugger Eddy Furniss and legendary football coach Charles McClendon.
The show also includes appearances by Fran Flory, coach of LSU’s Top 20 volleyball team, and by Chuck Winstead, coach of the young and talented LSU men’s golf squad.
LSU Sports Journal can be seen on the Cox Communications affiliates in the seven-parish Greater Baton Rouge area and on affiliates throughout the Acadiana area.
The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a monthly, one-hour production featuring interviews with LSU coaches, athletes and administrators.
