CBS Puts Six-Day Hold on LSU-USC Game Time

BATON ROUGE — CBS has exercised the six-day window option for choosing the  Southeastern Conference football game it will televise on Saturday, Sept. 22, the SEC announced on Monday.

The SEC said that CBS will select either the LSU-South Carolina game in Baton Rouge or the Alabama-Georgia contest from Tuscaloosa as its nationally-televised contest next week. Kickoff for the CBS game on Sept. 22 will be 2:30 p.m. CT.

Whichever contest CBS passes on that weekend will be televised at 6:45 p.m. on ESPN.

Other SEC games slated for television on Sept. 22 include Florida at Ole Miss on Lincoln Financial Sports at 11:30 a.m. and Kentucky at Arkansas on ESPN2 at 5 p.m.
