BATON ROUGE — LSU head gymnastics coach D-D Breaux announced Friday that the 2007 edition of her annual team reception is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 21, at the Faculty Club on the campus of LSU.
The event, which will celebrate the 2007 season as well as introduce the incoming freshmen, is open to the public. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children and can be purchased by calling (225) 578-5050.
The 2007 Tiger squad had yet another impressive season under the direction of Breaux and her staff. LSU finished the year at No. 7 in the country after earning the program’s 19th trip to the NCAA Championships.
Individually, LSU had a school record four athletes earn first-team All-America honors, while another four were named Academic All-Americans and nine were listed on the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
