AUSTIN, Texas — LSU women’s redshirt freshman golfer Nicole Crochet posted her third top two finish on the Collegiate Players Tour Friday at the Austin, Texas stop at the Flintrock Falls Golf Course.
Crochet, from Harahan, La., posted rounds of 72-74-79 to finish at nine-over 225, 10-shots behind winner Caney Hines of San Antonio, Texas at one-under 215 (65-78-72).
Crochet has a first and two second place finishes in the CPT this summer.
