BATON ROUGE — The LSU women’s tennis team has added another non-conference opponent to its schedule this week. The Lady Tigers will face Northwestern State on Thursday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. CST at the W.T. “Dub” Robinson Tennis Stadium.
“I am really excited to finally have a match at home. Playing on the road was good to get the girls exposed and some experience,” LSU head coach Tony Minnis said. “It will be nice to get back in a home setting.”
The Lady Demons are 2-2 on the season as they have recorded wins over Tyler JC, 6-1, and Arkansas State, 4-3.
Up next, the Lady Tigers will travel to Houston to take on Rice Saturday, Feb. 17, at 1:30 p.m. and Houston Monday, Feb. 19, at 1 p.m.
