LSU-Arkansas to Feature ‘Kids Day’; Tickets Discounted

BATON ROUGE — This Saturday’s 2 p.m. LSU-Arkansas men’s basketball game at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center has been dubbed “Kids Day” and several added attractions for kids and adults a like will be taking part at the LSU Athletic Facilities.

The first 500 kids get a free growth chart featuring LSU basketball All-Americans Glen Davis and Sylvia Fowles and following the game the movie “Cars” will be shown on the TigerView scoreboard screens for all in attendance. Tickets for youth (ages 3-12) are $5 for the game.

There are also several price incentives involved on the weekend involving the LSU men’s and women’s basketball games and the baseball and softball opening weekend events as well.

Admission to the LSU men’s basketball game Saturday vs. Arkansas is just $5 for adults and kids when you present a baseball ticket from this weekend’s opening series. The baseball ticket and basketball ticket purchase can be made at the upper ticket concourse windows of the Maravich Center beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.

For the women’s basketball game on Sunday versus Connecticut admission with a baseball series ticket is just $2 for adults and kids.

Those showing a basketball or baseball ticket from this weekend can receive free admission to Tiger Park for the season opening softball Tiger Classic and those showing a men’s or women’s basketball ticket for either game at the opening baseball series against St. Mary’s can receive admission to one of those games for just $4 for adults and $2 for kids.
