BATON ROUGE — Voting for the National Football League’s Pro Bowl is currently underway and 16 former LSU players are on the ballot.
Former Tigers on the Pro Bowl ballot include: rookie running back Joseph Addai (Indianapolis), wide receiver Michael Clayton (Tampa Bay), tight end Robert Royal (Buffalo), punter Donnie Jones (Miami), offensive guard Alan Faneca (Pittsburgh), center Kevin Mawae (Tennessee), cornerback Travis Daniels (Miami), cornerback Corey Webster (New York Giants), safety Ryan Clark (Pittsburgh), defensive end Marcus Spears (Dallas), linebacker Bradie James (Dallas), return specialist Kevin Faulk (New England), cornerback Tory James (Cincinnati), wide receiver Eddie Kennison (Kansas City) and defensive end Jarvis Green (New England).
Voting for the Pro Bowl team is currently underway and runs through Dec. 12. Fans can go to http://www.nfl.com/probowl/ballot to cast their vote for the Pro Bowl.
This year’s Pro Bowl takes place on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007 at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu on the island of Oahu. Kickoff for the contest is set for 5 p.m. CST and will air nationally on CBS.
The Pro Bowl teams will be announced on Tuesday, Dec. 19 at 3 p.m. CST on the NFL Network.
