BATON ROUGE — The latest installment of LSU Sports Journal, a program highlighting various aspects of the LSU Athletics Department, can be seen at 9 p.m. Thursday on Cox Communications Channel 4 in Baton Rouge.
The current show features new LSU baseball coach Paul Mainieri as he discusses his first few months on the job and the Tigers’ recently-completed fall practice period.
The show also includes appearances by LSU swimming and diving coach Adam Schmitt, a former Tiger all-American, and by ticket manager Brian Broussard, who discusses policies regarding postseason football tickets.
LSU Sports Journal airs each Thursday at 9 p.m. and each Monday at 7:30 p.m. The show can be seen on the Cox Communications affiliates in the seven-parish Greater Baton Rouge area and on affiliates throughout the Acadiana area.
The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a monthly, one-hour production featuring interviews with LSU coaches, athletes and administrators.
