BATON ROUGE — The LSU gymnastics team took a break from their regular practice routine this week and spent an afternoon at the local ropes course working on team building activities.
With the help of instructor Leigh Bonfanti, the team participated in several competitive exercises designed to enhance team communication and trust.
“We spent four hours going through some fabulous challenges,” said LSU head coach D-D Breaux. “The exercises presented early failures that forced the team to work together and figure out how to keep going and be successful.”
