BATON ROUGE — CBS Sports and the NCAA announced late Sunday afternoon that the national men’s basketball semifinal between LSU and UCLA would be the second game of the Final Four doubleheader at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis, Ind.
George Mason and Florida will start the evening at 5:07 p.m. CT, with the Tigers and Bruins to follow approximately 40 minutes after its conclusion at 7:47 p.m CT. CBS Sports will nationally televise the game, with the radio broadcast in Louisiana on the LSU Sports Radio Network and in the “Geaux Zone powered by USAgencies” at LSUsports.net. The Westwood One/CBS Radio Network will also broadcast the game nationally.
LSU is expected to depart sometime late Wednesday afternoon for Indianapolis and will have a 50-minute practice at the RCA Dome that is open to the public as part of the Friday activities at the tournament site.
LSU advanced to its fourth ever Final Four and first since 1986 with a 70-60 overtime win over Texas on Saturday in the Atlanta Regional Final in the Georgia Dome.
