BATON ROUGE — LSU men’s basketball coach John Brady and members of the LSU team will continue for a second week their visits to various organizations around the LSU campus to invite students to the 2005-06 season of basketball games which begin on Nov. 18.
Monday, visits are scheduled for Kappa Alpha Theta, Phi Mu, Theta Xi and Delta Sigma Phi. Last week the Tigers visited Sigma Alpha Mu, Lambda Chi Alpha, Kappa Delta, Chi Omega and Zeta Tau Alpha.
Also on Sunday, Brady and members of the LSU basketball team visited the Angola Penitentiary and the final day of the annual Angola rodeo.
Campus students groups wishing to schedule a visit with the LSU coach and players should contact the LSU marketing and promotions department at 578-6884.
LSU’s first exhibition contest is scheduled against E. A. Sports on Nov. 10 and the regular season opener is Friday, Nov. 18, against Southern University.
