BATON ROUGE — The LSU Athletic Department has announced the gate and parking areas for fans for Saturday afternoon’s Tulane-Southeastern Louisiana football game in Tiger Stadium.
Kickoff for Tulane’s home-away-from-home contest is set for 2:30 p.m. Gates will open at 1:30 p.m.
Seating for the game will be on the two sidelines and the south end zone in the lower bowl. Tickets are $30 for general admission sideline seating and $10 for end zone general admission seats. Tulane, Southeastern and LSU students will be admitted free of charge with their current student cards.
Tulane season ticket holders can pick up their tickets for this game at Portal B at the southwest corner of Tiger Stadium beginning at noon on game day.
Tickets for the game will also be sold in the southwest corner of Tiger Stadium near Portal B beginning at noon on game day. Tulane’s bench will be on the west side of the stadium and fans can enter Portal B and go to the stadium through Gates 2 and 4. Tulane student-athlete will call, prospective student-athletes and high school coaches will also enter at Portal B.
After purchasing tickets, Southeastern Louisiana fans with $30 tickets will enter the stadium through Gate 11 on the Southeast side of the stadium, while SLU students and those purchasing $10 general admission tickets may enter through Gate 14.
Parking will be free in many of the lots outside Tiger Stadium and fans are being encouraged to enter the area from Nicholson Drive and use Nicholson extension to enter the C and CA lots or turn on to Skip Bertman Drive to enter the front part of lot D across from Alex Box Stadium. The F lot in front of Bernie Moore Stadium will be held for media and game operations staff while North and South Stadium Drive will be closed at the stadium.
Tulane will be having its alumni pregame party on the south lawn outside Tiger Stadium, while the Southeastern Alumni pregame party will take place in the back of lot D across from Alex Box Stadium.
Advance general admission tickets are on sale for the game at www.ticketmaster.com. Tulane season ticket holders can pick up their tickets for the Green Wave’s games against Southeastern Louisiana and Houston at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. After the SLU game Saturday, the Wave meets Houston Oct. 8 in Lafayette, La.
Season ticket holders are encouraged to pick up their tickets in advance at the designated “Tulane” ticket window that is located in the southwest corner (ground level) of the Maravich Center. Tulane Ticket Office personnel will be distributing the Southeastern Louisiana and Houston game tickets to season ticket holders only from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday.
