BATON ROUGE — For the second straight year the LSU gymnastics team joined forces with the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority in an effort to promote breast cancer awareness.
Last Saturday, the two groups hosted a pancake breakfast at the ZTA house on the LSU campus. All proceeds raised during the event will be used to help in the fight against breast cancer.
“Breast cancer awareness is one of the volunteer efforts we enjoy doing together as a team,” said LSU head coach D-D Breaux. “This is a great opportunity for us to give of ourselves for a cause that every woman in America should be concerned with.”
