BATON ROUGE — LSU’s final men’s home basketball game with Vanderbilt on Saturday, March 5, has been moved from 7 p.m. to 3 p.m. to accommodate television coverage.
The game has been moved as part of JP Sports coverage of the league. The league leaves open the final weekend schedule to allow the network to pick games for its wild-card selection. The LSU-Vanderbilt game will be the second game of the doubleheader with the first game to be chosen no later than Saturday night.
Senior day ceremonies will take part prior to the game at approximately 2:45 p.m.
Because of the move of the basketball game, the baseball game scheduled that afternoon with Alabama-Birmingham will be moved up to Noon at Alex Box Stadium.
Tickets for the LSU-Vanderbilt basketball game are on sale at the LSU Athletics Ticket Office and on line at www.LSUsports.net.
