BATON ROUGE — LSU remained ranked No. 12 in the nation Tuesday when the Intercollegiate Tennis Association released its second poll of the spring.
The Tigers were ranked fourth among Southeastern Conference schools behind No. 3 Florida, No. 4 Georgia and No. 6 Ole Miss. There were nine SEC teams in the top-25.
New individual rankings were not released. LSU currently has two singles players and three doubles teams listed in the national rankings. Ken Skupski is No. 12 in the singles poll and Jason Hazley is No. 87.
Skupski and Mark Growcott are ranked No. 13 in doubles. Danny Bryan is ranked twice in the doubles poll at 34th with Hazley and 53rd with Colt Gaston.
The Tigers are 3-0 after their opening weekend. They face three more opponents this week, beginning with New Orleans at 2 p.m. Thursday. They host a doubleheader with Southern Miss and Texas State beginning at noon Saturday.
