BATON ROUGE — The LSU Athletics Ticket Office has announced a special advance sale Internet ticket purchase opportunity for the Feb. 9 men’s basketball game at the Pete Maravich Center against the Auburn Tigers.
All remaining tickets for the game that are purchased online from the ticket site on www.LSUsports.net will be on sale for just $5. There are both middle and upper level tickets available at various sections of the Assembly Center.
The tickets must be bought online at the web site and must be purchased by the close of the day on Tuesday, Feb.8, the day before the game. The regular ticket price of $12 will apply for any tickets purchased at the LSU Athletics Ticket Office during this time period and on the day of the game.
Purchasers should note there is a one-time fee of $5 for the online service but that is per order not per ticket.
The LSU Tigers and the Auburn Tigers meet at 7 p.m. on Feb. 9 and there is no live or tape-delayed television for the contest. LSU is on the road this week prior to the Auburn game, traveling to Georgia on Wednesday and to Knoxville on Saturday to face Tennessee.
