BATON ROUGE — LSU men’s basketball coach John Brady will be on the sidelines Wednesday night as a coach in the second annual Legislative Charity Basketball game at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
The House will square off against the Senate at 7 p.m. Admission to the charity event is $10.
The LSU coach will team with state Rep. (and former longtime high school basketball coach) Billy Montgomery (D-Haughton) to coach the House Hurricanes, while former New Orleans Hornet and present Cleveland Cavaliers coach Paul Silas will take charge of the Senate Storm. Hornets forward P. J. Brown is also scheduled to be a part of the festivities.
Sponsored charities include the Louisiana Leadership Institute, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
