BATON ROUGE — Fox Sports Net will telecast a one-hour special chronicling Louisiana State University’s spring football season on Thursday, June 3 at 7:00 PM CDT. EYE OF THE TIGER: AN INSIDE LOOK AT LSU SPRING FOOTBALL takes viewers behind the scenes for an all-access look at how the defending national champions prepared for the upcoming season.
Hosted by Paul Crane of The Football Network, the program follows the Tigers from the first day of spring practice through the team’s annual Spring Game. The show begins with highlights from LSU’s national championship Sugar Bowl victory over Oklahoma and the team’s subsequent ceremonial trip to the White House then delves into the Tigers’ spring football preparation. Viewers hear from coach Nick Saban, who wears a wireless microphone during practice, about the team’s chances this season. The program ends with the annual dinner following the team’s Spring Game.
EYE OF THE TIGER: AN INSIDE LOOK AT LSU SPRING FOOTBALL is telecast throughout Fox Sports Net’s Southwest region, which reaches more than 8 million cable and satellite TV viewers in Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma. In addition to Thursday’s airing, FSN will replay the program Thursday, July 1 (noon CDT) and Saturday, July 10 (6:30 PM CDT).
