BATON ROUGE — The LSU-Tulane baseball game, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6 in Alex Box Stadium, will be moved to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7 if the LSU women’s basketball team advances to the national championship game.
The LSU Lady Tigers face Tennessee at 6 p.m. Sunday in the national semifinals at the New Orleans Arena. If LSU defeats Tennessee, the Lady Tigers would play either Connecticut or Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday for the national championship.
The LSU-Tulane contest would then be moved to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in Alex Box Stadium to allow fans to see both the women’s basketball final on Tuesday and the baseball game the following day.
If the Lady Tigers lose to Tennessee on Sunday, the LSU-Tulane baseball game would be played at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, as originally scheduled.
