BATON ROUGE — LSU women’s basketball season ticket holders have until 8 p.m. on Wednesday to place their order for tickets to the NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four, which starts on Sunday in New Orleans.
LSU women’s basketball season ticket holders can place their orders for tickets in person at the LSU ticket office, on the Internet at www.LSUsports.net or by calling (800) 960-8587 or (225) 578-2184. Tournament books for the Women’s Final Four are priced at $130.
LSU students at the Baton Rouge campus only can place a request for one Final Four ticket book online also. This is just a request for tickets, not an actual sale or guarantee.
Depending on the demand for tickets to the Women’s Final Four, LSU officials said a lottery could be conducted on Thursday for all other ticket requests.
LSU will receive 850 tickets for the Women’s Final Four, which starts with the semifinals on Sunday at the New Orleans Arena followed by the championship game on Tuesday night. The time and opponent for LSU’s game on Sunday has not been determined. The Lady Tigers, winners of the West Regional, will face the Stanford/Tennessee winner in one semifinal contest.
