BATON ROUGE — Times have been announced for the first-round of the 2004 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Champion at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
Game 1 between No. 5 seed Miami (Fla.) of the BIG EAST will play No. 12 Maryland of the Atlantic Coast Conference will play at 6 p.m. CST, with the second game between No. 4 seed LSU and No. 13 seed Austin Peay of the Ohio Valley Conference will play 30 minutes following the conclusion of game 1.
Both first-round games will be broadcast on ESPN2.

The second-round game time has yet to be determined.
