BATON ROUGE — Fans will get the opportunity to view and take pictures with LSU’s ADT National Championship Trophy this weekend at men’s and women’s basketball games at the Maravich Assembly Center.
The trophy will be on display on the concourse of the Maravich Assembly Center following LSU’s men’s basketball game against Alabama on Saturday.
The trophy will then be available for pictures and viewing prior to the LSU women’s basketball game against Auburn on Sunday. On Sunday, the trophy will be on display from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Fans must bring their own cameras to take pictures with the trophy.
In addition, the trophy will make a stop at the Home Depot on Highland Road from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
The ball that sits atop the ADT National Championship Trophy is made of Waterford Crystal. The trophy is valued at $30,000 and takes a man in Ireland three months to hand craft.
