BATON ROUGE — LSU’s Lady Tigers basketball team remained No. 17 in this week’s Associated Press poll and move up one spot to 17th in the USA Today/ESPN/WBCA coaches poll, following the week’s victories over Tulane and No. 25 Arizona.
The Lady Tigers (12-2, 0-0 SEC) are receiving 442 votes in the AP poll to stay put at No. 17, while the coaches poll award LSU 340 points to slide past Ohio State.
LSU, who are riding an 11-game win streak, will put the ranking to the test on Sunday when No. 21 Auburn visits the Pete Maravich Assembly Center at 2 p.m. The game can be seen live on SEC-TV (Fox Sports Net cable Ch. 38 in Baton Rouge) and is the annual Pack the PMAC game.
