BATON ROUGE — Continuing their outreach into the local community, the LSU Gymnastics team spent Sunday afternoon participating in Steve Hood’s Total Dance Experience, a fundraiser benefiting the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
The team participated in a cardio-dance workout that used various forms of dance to promote healthy, motivated lifestyles. A blood drive and cholesterol screenings were among other activities offered to adults and children in attendance.
Last year’s Steve Hood benefit raised nearly $90,000 for the St. Jude charity.
