CBS Moves Florida Game to 2:30 p.m.

BATON ROUGE — LSU’s game against Florida on Oct. 11 in Tiger Stadium will be televised to a national audience by CBS and will have a 2:30 p.m. start time, the Southeastern Conference announced on Monday.

LSU, ranked No. 6 in the nation, is 5-0 overall and 2-0 in league action. The Tigers, who are coming off a 41-6 win over Mississippi State on Saturday, have an open date this weekend.

Florida, ranked No. 24 in the nation, is coming off a 24-21 win over Kentucky on Saturday. The Gators host Ole Miss this week.

The LSU-Florida game marks the second of three games slated for CBS this year for the Tigers. LSU beat Georgia, 17-10, on CBS on Sept. 20 and the Tigers’ game against Arkansas on Nov. 28 will be televised by CBS.
