BATON ROUGE — LSU’s game against Mississippi State on Sept. 27 in Starkville, Miss., will be televised by ESPN2 and will carry an 8 p.m. start time, the Southeastern Conference announced on Monday.
Other televised SEC games that week include Florida at Kentucky at 11:30 a.m. on Jefferson Pilot, Arkansas at Alabama at 2:30 p.m. on CBS and South Carolina at Tennessee at 6:45 p.m. on ESPN.
Since 1998, the LSU versus Mississippi State contest has been televised, including five of six games on ESPN2. LSU holds a 7-3 record on the network dating back to 1997.
Last year, the Tigers posted a 31-13 win over Mississippi State in Baton Rouge in a game televised by Jefferson Pilot.
