BATON ROUGE — The LSU soccer team held two very successful free clinics and an autograph session last weekend at the LSU Soccer Complex and received good turnouts at all three events.
The Tigers signed autographs for around 40 or 50 area youth soccer players at Independence Park last Thursday and held a free kid’s clinic at the LSU Soccer Complex last Saturday morning in which more than 50 kids attended.
LSU also hosted a free clinic for coaches and parents on Sunday which featured free instruction from the LSU coaching staff.
The Tigers (5-0) are off to their best start in school history and will hit the road this weekend beginning on Friday, Sept. 12 with a match versus Tulane in New Orleans and then a date with nationally ranked Texas on Sept. 14 in Austin, Texas.
